I am starting a new adventure in photography and I find that it is very fun and interesting. I love family and of course my 3 children and wonderful husband.

What a beautiful Wedding… even if there was wind!

The wheather held out for us.  Just as the wedding was getting over and as I was gathering for group photos came a few rain drops.  It is always nice to have a few clouds in the sky to help cover that harsh sun that is always hard to take photos in and I think it was a perfect day for that… except the wind.  Now, some may pay for the ‘wind’ shot but it all came for this wedding anyways.  The Bride and Groom were so pretty and handsome and I was glad that I was able to photograph their wedding.  One more under my belt and another coming in June!  Thank you guys for giving me the opportunity to photograph your wedding!

My baby model…

So I set out to find a newborn 5-10 days old.  I wanted to try doing natrual lighting for an infant.  I was able to get this precious girl and she was sooo good!  I normally use a couple of lights that tweet like little birds, but was able to do it with the light through the window.  Here they are!  I hope you enjoy them!

Sweet baby “J”

I was able to take photos of sweet little “J”!  I was so happy to finally meet this little guy, and I have heard sooo much about him!  He was a normal 2 year old… but what I failed to learn prior to the shoot was that he LOVES trains.  That was the first thing I mentioned and then the game was on.  I had to really work on him to look at me instead of the tracks… well I think I failed most of the shoot, but we still got some cute shots.  Thanks for letting me take your little ones photos.

He is so darn cute…

I had the pleasure of taking little E’s photos when he was a baby and at 6 months… he has grown up so much!  It almost makes me miss the baby stage.  However, I can always get my baby fix from friends.  This session took a little longer, because not only did we cut into his nap time… since we had to wake him, but he wanted to just snack.  He was not about to have the water that his mom tried to give him.  But, come to find out that I am “the baby whisperer”, so mom said anyways.  We got him calmed down to take a few more shots and some of the better ones at that.

Colorado Springs trip…

Well… here they are!  Here are the edited photos from my trip to the Springs.  I loved to see her beautiful face and finally meet her.  I of course was glad to see mom and dad too… I guess the puppies too!  Well, not so much puppies, but I think you will get the jist.  Thank you “T” family for letting me take your sweet girls photos!

Turned 1… in style!!!

What a handsom young guy!!!  I love watching babies grow and I have have the opportunity to take little “Z” photos at 3 months, 6 months  and 9 months as well!  They get so big so quick.  I suggested a cake smashing shoot to mom and she was excited about it as was I!  Thank you “J” family for letting me take your little ones photos!
